Our company produces malleable iron pipe fittings, can customize various materials( malleable iron, gray cast iron, ductile iron), and precision castings of various shapes, with an annual production capacity of 30000 tons. We have one automated sand mixing process line, two vertical automatic molding lines, one resin coated sand production line and one regeneration line , four sets of 3.5-ton electric furnaces, two sets of electric galvanizing furnaces, and more than 100 sets of other professional production equipment. An independent physical and chemical testing laboratory equipped with advanced physical and chemical testing equipment such as intelligent sand strength tester, carbon and sulfur analyzer, spectrometer, hydraulic universal testing machine, etc.
